The Team:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team within our Latin American Account Management team. This is a dynamic team with strategic thinkers that have a passion for client success and a proven ability to drive results which makes a significant impact on our business in Latin America.
Responsibilities and Impact:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee our Latin American Account Management team, specifically managing the holistic Market Intelligence portfolio. This role will be pivotal in driving retention and revenue growth across a diverse regional account portfolio valued at $39M. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in client strategy development, performance optimization through analytics, and team leadership.
- Lead the Latin American Account Management team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client engagement and business success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive client strategies that drive retention and revenue growth across Central America, the Caribbean (excluding Bermuda and Cayman Islands), and South America.
- Utilize analytics to optimize account performance and identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
- Manage change effectively within the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demands.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, enhancing engagement and satisfaction to support long-term business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account management strategies with overall business goals.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in account management or related fields, with a focus on regional portfolios.
- Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Exceptional change management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams through transitions.
- Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the Latin American market dynamics.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
