**STANDARD CABLE**, a leading company in electrical harnesses, is looking for:**NPI ENGINEER**MAIN ACTIVITIES:- **Project Management**: Lead and manage new product introduction projects for electrical harnesses, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.- **Prototyping and Testing**: Oversee the creation of prototypes and conduct testing to validate the performance, reliability, and safety of new products.- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Work closely with teams in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales to ensure a smooth transition intoproduction.- **Process Development**: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, including the creation of work instructions, process flows, and quality control plans.- **Supplier Management**: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet the required specifications and are delivered on time.- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design files, test results, process flows, and project reports.- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in the NPI process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.- **Continuous Improvement**: Implement lessons learned from each project to improve the NPI process for future products.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Advanced conversational English- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or NPI, preferably in the automotive or electrical component manufacturing industry.**Technical Knowledge**:- Understanding of electrical harness design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.- Proficiency in project management tools.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés conversacional (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
