Escrow ProcessorPrimary Responsibilities:This position is responsible of servicing real estate escrow transactions by processing escrow accounts, generating and reviewing documents and disbursing funds.Establishes escrow account and maintain records.Follow up transaction documents and file completion.Closes escrow account by balancing and disbursing funds, and the file for audit.Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.Constant professional and clear communication with customers and involved parties.Able to attract new customers.Title InsuranceExchange RateRequired Qualifications:Excellent written communication skillsTeam playerCustomer service-oriented and professional.Experience using the MS Office suiteDemonstrated mastery of multi-tasking effectively, particularly in fast-paced and high-volume situationsAttention to detailHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality of sensitive informationhighly organized and disciplined.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $10,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual
