Solutions Consultant (Adobe Experience Manager) We’re seeking a strategic AEM expert with a proven track record in leading enterprise implementations, defining digital roadmaps, and driving Adobe Experience Cloud adoption. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex business needs into impactful digital experiences. Strong client engagement skills and a passion for innovation are key to success in this role. Strategic Leadership & Vision Define and drive AEM strategy for enterprise clients, aligning with business objectives and digital transformation goals. Develop multi‑year roadmaps, advising on AEM adoption, cloud migration, integrations, and digital advancements. Evaluate emerging technologies and Adobe Experience Cloud innovations to keep clients ahead of the competition. Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and future‑ready AEM architectures. Advocate for data‑driven AEM solutions aligned with business KPIs, personalization, and customer experience insights. Team & Talent Management Identify key roles and skills for successful AEM implementation and support. Build and mentor a high‑performing AEM team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Conduct technical assessments, hiring, and performance reviews to ensure team excellence. Client Engagement & Business Growth Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions. Ensure clients maximize AEM value, positioning our consultancy for ongoing and expanded work. Act as a trusted advisor, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our footprint within client organizations. Lead workshops and discussions on digital transformation, AEM capabilities, and best practices. Guide clients on digital best practices, compliance, security, and operational metrics to enhance their digital ecosystem. Requirements 5+ years of experience in AEM development, architecture, and leadership roles. Proven track record in managing and scaling AEM teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance optimization. Deep expertise in AEM architecture, including AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive growth. Knowledge of MarTech integrations, including Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, AEM Assets, Campaign, CDP, CRM, and personalization platforms). Experience with cloud‑based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines). Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing large‑scale digital transformation projects. Fluent in English, with strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Architect or Adobe Certified Master. Experience advising enterprise clients on digital strategy, personalization, and AI‑driven solutions. Understanding of AI‑driven personalization using Adobe Sensei and machine learning models. Knowledge of headless AEM implementations using GraphQL APIs and Content Fragments.
