We laugh together, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, and we’re always trying to make our customers crack a smile.**What we're looking for**:Student to support HR department with the administrative task and assist employees when needed.**Key Deliverables of the Role**:- Post the vacancies on websites- Contracts (3 months and permanents)- Attendance (internal track)- Pay slips, documents of health insurance, employees file- New joiners Announcement- Bank Letters- On-Boarding System**Essential Qualifications and Experience Required**:- Last semesters of University with Psychology / Administration degree.- Fluent in English; written and spoken.**Beneficial IT Skills**:- Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, Outlook)**‘Soft’ or general skills required**:- Quick problem solving- Proactive- Well-organized- Punctual- Communication
