From onboarding to reviewing expenses, you'll keep things running smoothly. Strong negotiation skills and Property Management know-how are key. You have to be able to deliver remarkable customer service**What You Get**:- ** Hourly** - $7.00-$10.00 (USD) Paid Weekly- ** Annual Performance Bonus** - Up to 10% of wages (Effective 2025 calendar year)- ** Churn Incentive** - $0-$175.00 paid monthly when client churn stays below 1.75% monthly (Effective after 90 days)- ** Google Reviews** - $25.00 for any 5 star review mentioned in- ** Better Book Club**:- Up to $500 in a calendar year to read- ** Paid Time Off** - 10 Days (Accrued)- ** Paid Birthday** - 1 Day (Take during month of bday)- ** Paid Holidays** - 7 Days**What You Bring**:- Direct experience providing customer service in the hospitality or real estate industry is required.- Strong knowledge of housing regulations and financial management.- Confident in handling challenging client conversations.- Fluent in English with a neutral accent(this will be tested)- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.- Solid understanding of U.S. residential maintenance.- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.- Reliable work-from-home setup with track record of WFH.**The GC Realty Experience**For over 20 years, GC Realty & Development has been an industry leader, guided by our core values: RESPONSIVE, OWN IT, GET SH*T DONE, and BETTER RESULTS.
