At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Control and Reporting Sr Manager****Main Purpose**Sr Manager supports the Mexicali Control and Finance Reporting working directly with FritoLay US, Pepsico Mexico Foods and Pepsico NY HQ through Functional Matrix areas to guarantee the Financal Reporting & Control Compliance USGAAP-MEXGAAP, Balance Sheet Review and support the Business Growth (Stax/Taco Shell).**ACONTABILITIES**- Parthership with Mexicali Export Business (Stax / Taco Shell)- Managerial Finance Information Top Line and Bottom Line Stax / Taco Shell- Guarantee the preparation and emission of USGAAP and MEXGAAP Financial Statements for Fabrica Pepsico Mexicali- Accountable for Mexicali Finance Reporting with PMF/FLUS/PEP- Ensure compliance to Local and Corporate Policies, Statutory Laws, and Rules and Regulations.- Identify, pursue and work along with tax team, transfer pricing, actuaries, legal specialists to analize and remediate potential implications to the company.- Preparation and Presentation of the Mexicali Balance Sheet Review to FritoLay aligned with PepsiCo Division Employees, Top Management and External Partners.- Monthly Business Performance Review for Stax/Taco Shell.- Budget Management for Export Business of approx. $120 MMUSD.- Management of Annual Bonus for Stax.- Build Export AOP and Transfer Price for Stax/Taco Shell Business.- Coordinate Mexicali Finance Reporting with PMF ensuring the closing process for each month and quarter are timely and accurated submitted to FLUS and Corporate.- Legal Representative with Federal and Local Authorities.- Accountable to lead 2 Head Count in order to achieve Control & Business Results.Qualifications:**Education/Requirements**- 5 Years of Experience in Control Operations or Related Activities- Accounting or Business Administration Degree, prefence a Masters Degree- Strong Communication Skills to collaborate in objetives with the functional matrix teams- Solid knowledge of SAP and HFM Systems- Skills to present and lead sessions to Sr. VPS, Sr. Directors and Sr. Managers**Non Technical Skills**- Analytical capabilities to read and understand financial information- Knowledge of the structure of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss financial information- Self-Study and Curious Nature- Leadership skills: effective communication, business negotiation, networking and innovation- English Conversation for present Busines Results Sr VPsThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
