Descripción Manage and resolve critical supplier issues related to delivery, quality, and discrepancies. Ensure accurate purchasing parameters in ERP/MRP systems and apply forecasting techniques. Negotiate goods, materials, and services in line with company policies, optimizing costs and conditions. Guarantee timely and sustainable supply to meet production plans. Develop supplier strategies aligned with short-, medium-, and long-term organizational goals. Define and implement performance metrics to improve purchasing efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental programs and policies. Perfil buscado A successful candidate should have: Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and material planning in a global manufacturing environment. Aerospace industry experience (mandatory). Strong background in procurement and high-impact projects. Experience managing direct and indirect teams. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for effective procurement processes.
