Plant Controller**Tu nueva compañía**Importante empresa internacional dentro del sector de manufactura automotriz está en busca de un Plant Controller**Tu nuevo cargo**Como Plant Controller tus principales responsabilidades serán:- **Gestionar todas las operaciones contables**, incluyendo facturación, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, contabilidad general bajo USGAAP, contabilidad de inventario/costos y reconocimiento de ingresos.- ** Administrar el cierre de fin de mes y preparar los estados financieros mensuales** y otros informes operativos para el sitio.- ** Preparar pronósticos del estado de resultados, balances y estado de flujos de efectivo para la planta**.- ** Elaborar y desarrollar el presupuesto anual** con aportes de las operaciones y participar en la reunión anual de revisión del presupuesto.- ** Preparar la implementación de costos estándar basada en las cifras del presupuesto**.- ** Coordinar el inventario físico una vez al año y controlar el proceso de inventario cíclico para la instalación**.- ** Responsabilidad completa del estado de resultados y el balance general de la planta**, incluyendo conciliaciones, revisión y análisis de variaciones- ** Colabora con el Gerente General y la alta dirección para explicar los resultados, realizar mejoras, gestionar proyectos, identificar ineficiencias, comprender las operaciones y liderar el desarrollo de análisis complejos**. **Analizar las variaciones y comunicar explicaciones a la dirección con acciones recomendadas**.- ** Supervisa e implementa los controles internos de la planta (en conjunto con las políticas corporativas) según sea necesario para garantizar la integridad de los informes, proteger los activos de la empresa e identificar riesgos**.**Que necesitas para ser exitoso**- Licenciatura en Contabilidad o afín.- +10 años de experiência dentro de áreas contables, al menos 3 años dentro del sector de manufactura automotriz.- Experiência reportando bajo NIIFs & USGAAP.- Mindset Analítico (Business Partner)- Inglés avanzado indispensable- Sólido conocimiento en el manejo de ERP\'s**Que necesitas hacer ahora**Si este cargo no se ajusta mucho a tu perfil, pero estás en búsqueda de un cambio laboral, ponte en contacto con nosotros para que tengamos una conversación confidencial sobre tu carrera.
