**JR- - Materials Engineer****Responsabilities**:- You will be responsible for the development of innovative and sustainable solutions, collaboration with VDDV for virtual execution.- Development of material specifications, and selection of materials to support programs.- You will coach and lead the organization and suppliers to timely execution of program work with perfection.- Ensures materials are ordered and in stock while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.- Develops material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.- Leading material development and solutions for systems as well as effectively achieve program milestones by thorough and rigorous program management.**Required Skills**:- **Education**:Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade- **English**:Advanced Intermediate (Conversational)- **Experience**:2 years in logistics, international trade, incoterms knowledge and reading plans- **Software**:Microsoft swift, Excel, ppt, Microsoft projectIn case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.**DIVERSITY STATEMENT**: General Motors is committed to being a workplace that is not only free of unlawful discrimination, but one that genuinely fosters inclusion and belonging.
