Visión general:Use Calibri 18 font here**Responsabilidades**:Contribute to achieve the business goals, ensuring that all the personnel have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience according to the requirements of each position, through different knowledge management tools.- Direct and manage training teams.- Training in production floor.- Supervise and follow up on technical training.- Administration of standard worksheets.- Generation of follow-up reports.- Realization of the liberation process.- Certification control by skills.- Management of floor instruction techniques.- Preparation of teaching materials.- Making of videos and support training.Comply with the roles and responsibilities of the quality management system described in document FT-EHS-49-00- Requisitios:- Knowledge: Security Process, Training System Induction and termination programs, Records Administration, Personel Training, Development and elaboration of materials, Material Design Comunication System- **Education**:Bachelor Degree Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar.- ** Experience**:Two or three years in similar positions.- **Language**: English 50%- ** Skills and abilities**: Excel, databases, dynamic table, videos. Teamwork. Effective communication. Dynamic.
