WeWork Reforma Latino (97001), Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de MexicoPrincipal HR Associate**What You’ll Do**:- Work with our vendor to provide any missing information to continue the background screen.- Work with our downstream partners to provide internal status updates to leadership and teammates.- Partner with the Learning & Development team, and other HR functions to support the onboarding and integration process for new associates into Capital One- Help HR Leaders identify and implement process improvements that enhance the associate experience and/or operational efficiency- Partner with internal clients and HR Business Partners to deliver top-notch associate experiences**Basic Qualifications**:- High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military Experience- At least 1 year of process management experience- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or military experience- 3+ years experience in direct process support in a multi-step program- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce- 1+ year of experience with WorkdayCapital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee and is not liable for third-party products, services, educational tools or other information available through this site.Capital One Financial is made up of several different entities.
