Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Get in the Game: Dive into the Role**Step up as our **Digital Transformation Manager** for **Hill's in Latin America**and drive the region’s digital transformation by setting and executing Digital Commerce strategies, equipping local teams with the tools and skills needed for success. This role leads e-shopper engagement and digital ecosystem implementation to accelerate online growth and drive Vet recommendations. Partnering with global and local marketing teams, the Digital Manager ensures alignment with overall brand and digital strategies. Additionally, the role leads a team of digital experts, sets performance targets, and manages results to keep the region at the forefront of digital innovation.**Your Mission: What You Will Do**- Lead and implement the digital strategic framework and e-shopper strategies for LATAM, overseeing eMarketing organization development and performance.- Manage eMarketing plans to support Hill’s LATAM digital transformation and business targets.- Collaborate with Brand Management, Impactful Brand Experience (IBE), Digital, and eCommerce teams to execute unified strategies across search, content, online assortment, promotions, and data-driven marketing.- Oversee regional digital agencies and other suppliers providing guidance on digital assets development, ensuring deliverables are complying with the market best practices and company guidelines.- Drive digital activation of eShopper campaigns, personalization, CRM strategies, and leverage social listening to enhance 1P data and customer engagement.- Accelerate roll-out of the Professional Digital ecosystem and continuously optimize strategies using 6Ps+A to boost eCommerce growth and outpace competitors.- Facilitate virtual meetings and share best practices and guidelines with Hill’s and distributor teams to enhance eCommerce skills and local execution across LATAM.**Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.- 9+ years of cross-functional experience in Digital Marketing and Retail Marketing, or commercial areas with a focus on eCommerce.- Digital capabilities (SEO, SEA, REO and CRM).- Advanced English level.**Boost Your Game: Preferred Qualifications**- Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence across all levels.- Experience managing digital agencies, ensuring the correct implementation of the company digital marketing strategy.- Analytical prowess.**Our Commitment to Inclusion**Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
