Other priorities include tracking and analyzing trends, managing and reporting business risks, and contributing to the development of TC Energía’s annual business plan and long-term strategyWe are looking for our Business Development Representative who will drive the identification and realization of growth opportunities that promote our vision of being the premier North American energy infrastructure company for our key stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:- This position ensures the company has the workforce it needs to execute its business strategy by supporting the short term and long term staffing needs for the business- This position will work collaboratively with colleagues across North America to ensure effective programs and practices are in place to address talent acquisition needs in our various lines of business- Develop relationships and collaborate with business leaders to address staffing needs across the organization and create specific strategies to fulfill talent acquisition needs- Coach leaders on the TC Energia recruitment process and effective interviewing techniques- Partner with Hiring Leaders to ensure the full recruitment cycle is completed in alignment with internal guidelines.
