Acerca del puesto

Un Sourcing Operations Engineer en Carrier es un profesional responsable de optimizar las operaciones de abastecimiento. Trabajan en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de compras, ingeniería y producción para garantizar que los materiales y servicios necesarios se obtengan de manera eficiente y rentable.

Responsabilidades clave:
  • Implementar los ECNs/ETOs/Varianzas/NPI en tiempo, asegurando la buena comunicación con los departamentos internos y con los proveedores a través del sistema pasaporte.
  • Crear y mantener los contratos de compra en SAP, asegurando su correcta parametrización para la operación.
  • Crear y mantener los contratos de compra en BPCS, asegurando su correcta parametrización para la operación.
  • Resolver problemas de facturas detenidas por discrepancias en precio.
  • Participar en proyectos de análisis de factibilidad de cambios de Ingeniería y Proyectos de ahorro Sch-B.
Requisitos
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Manufactura o áreas afines.
  • Nivel de inglés Avanzado (fluidez en lectura, escritura y expresión oral).
  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años de experiencia demostrable en las siguientes áreas:
    • Implementación de proyectos: experiencia en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos desde su inicio hasta su finalización.
    • Negociación con proveedores: experiencia en la negociación de contratos, precios y términos con proveedores.
    • Revisión de facturas: experiencia en la revisión y aprobación de facturas, asegurando la exactitud de los precios y cargos.
    • Conocimiento de números de parte: conocimiento profundo del sistema de numeración de partes en experiencia previa y su aplicación en la gestión de inventarios y compras.
    • Experiencia en SAP (deseable): carga de precios, creación de contratos, revisión y liberación de facturas en espera.
