The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing distributors and key accounts, as well as developing new initiatives that will increase sales and profits.In this position you will:- Work with customer and management to provide and improve sales and service.- Maintains, reviews, and revises costs, as well as relays price adjustments to all customers.- . Manage a sales team > 20 sales representatives.- Understand customer accounts to build the overall business relationship with clients.- Develop and manage current and new sales channels. Create and develop processes related to the management of customers.- Provide analysis and planning to maintain and develop competitive position. Understand our competition.- Perform all sales administrative functions. Establish and monitor sales reporting as needed.Requirements:- Construction materials insdustry and field experience required- 5-10 years in the doors hardware industry, preferably glass & aluminum hardware- .
