As a Dynamics CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing business models, designing efficient processes, and delivering innovative solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your expertise will help organizations optimize operations and enhance customer engagement.**Responsibilities**:- Evaluate current business models and define future state solutions aligned with technology- Lead workshops with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements- Develop detailed process maps and workflows- Collaborate with development teams to ensure business and technical alignment- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations- Train and support end-users to facilitate adoption and ensure solution effectiveness- Make key decisions, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to strategic outcomes**Must-Have Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.- 5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).- 5+ years of experience working within an ERP team.- Advanced English proficiency.- Proven ability to develop, customize, and implement D365 F&O solutions.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles- Expert-level knowledge in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional**:- Strong experience in Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodology, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Functional and Technical)- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- English proficiency at an advanced level- Must be a team player, proactive, responsible, and highly committed**Location & Schedule**:- Hybrid work from Mexico City, Monterrey, and Coahuila.- Remote work from Guadalajara.- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00- **Advanced English skills are mandatory**:- **Only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.****Benefits**:- Attractive Salary + Premium Benefits- Performance bonuses, grocery coupons, and savings are found.- Aguinaldo, premium vacations, and vacations paid- SGMM Medical insurance, family, and Life insurance.
