PCD Systems es una empresa con mas de 15 años de experiência y consolidada como una de las mejores opciones en cuanto a tecnología de la información se refiere, con nosotros encontrarás un trabajo estable, con buen sueldo, prestaciones de ley, donde podrás aprender y crecer en un excelente ambiente laboral.La posición de SYSTEM ENGINEER es PRESENCIAL y se requieren minimo 2 años de experiência en tecnologías requeridas.**OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**:System Engineer**FORMACIÓN ACADEMICA**:- Licenciatura/Ingeniería/carrera técnica en Sistemas, Informatica o Tecnologías de la información.**HABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES**:- Soporte AD- Cuentas NT- Reinicios de password- Manejo y creación de grupos de seguridad- Microsoft 365- Creación de cuentas de correo- Administración de Sharepoint- Atención a vulnerabilidades- Manejo de grupos en AAD- Windows Server- Creación y configuración de servidores en Windows Server 2019/2022- Administración y resolución de problemas a nível Windows- Administración e instalación de parches de seguridad (Actividad a realizar cada 2do domingo del mes de 2 a 8 PM)- Instalación de complementos/servicios propios de Windows- Manejo de File Shares- Manejo de licenciamiento- VMware- Creación de máquinas virtuales- Manejo de actualizaciones de VM Tools/ESXi/vCenter- Monitoreo y manejo de alertas- Veeam Backup- Creación y mantenimiento de planes de backups según matriz definida.- Validación semanal de que todos los servidores estén realizando backup.- Resolución de problemas propios de Veeam- Manejo de actualizaciones de Veeam BRR y de Veeam Agent- Redhat- Creación y configuración de servidores RHEL 7/8/9- Administración y resolución de problemas a nível Linux- Administración e instalación de parches de seguridad (Misma ventana que Windows, a validar parches a instalar con Oracle DBA y equipo de aplicaciones)- Manejo de licenciamiento/suscripción- Administración/Soporte- Creación y mantenimiento de SOPs, Rack Elevation, Inventario.- Atención a tickets de soporte dentro de SLA- Atención a auditorias internas y externas referentes a Infra- Validar que todos los equipos del datacenter cuenten con el soporte necesario para partes (Garantia/Poliza de soporte extendido)- Monitoreo- Manejo y administración de Nagios, Syslog-NG, Splunk- Garantizar que todos los servidores cuenten con las herramientas de monitoreo.- Seguridad/Infra Global- Atención a juntas con TW para temas de vulnerabilidades de seguridad, seguimiento a proyectos regionales y globales.- Manejo/seguimiento y cierre de vulnerabilidades.Requiere ingles conversacional y técnico, oral y escrito.Deseable manejo de alguna nube “Azure”Deseable certificaciónes relacionadas a infraestructura.**SEXO**:Indistinto**ESTADO CIVIL**:Indistinto**EDAD**: Indistinta**ORGANIZACIÓN Y PLANEACION**:planea, organiza, agenda de manera eficiente y productiva enfocándose en las prioridades.**PROACTIVIDAD**:actúa sin que le digan que hacer, se adelanta y siempre propone ideas nuevas para mejorar su área de responsabilidad y también en otras áreas de la empresa.**CUMPLE CON LO PROMETIDO Y LOS ACUERDOS**:cumple la gran mayoría del tiempo con lo que promete, se compromete o se le pide en los tiempos establecidos y con calidad en la tarea a realizar.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Opción a contrato indefinidoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
