HR Junior Analyst

Buscamos un HR Junior Analyst altamente detallista y organizado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos en la Ciudad de México. Responsabilidades clave: Gestión de Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinar la bienvenida de nuevos ingresos, explicar módulos de la compañía (vacaciones, beneficios), y gestionar la logística con el equipo de IT para la entrega de herramientas de trabajo. Administración de Personal: Manejo de contratos, cartas y documentos legales a través de plataformas como DocuSign, asegurando que no existan errores de datos o formato. Incidencias de Nómina: Gestión del primer paso del proceso de nómina (incidencias, bonos y cruce de datos). Control Documental: Responsable del archivo físico y digital de expedientes de empleados y documentos de bajas. Operaciones de RH: Uso constante de Google Sheets y Excel para el cruce de información y seguimiento de procesos administrativos. Requisitos del perfil: Formación: Titulado(a) de preferencia. Atención al detalle: Nivel experto. Capacidad para trabajar con cero errores en documentos legales y financieros. Habilidades Técnicas: Dominio de herramientas de Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides) y/o Microsoft Excel. Confidencialidad: Alto sentido de la ética y manejo discreto de información sensible (salarios, datos personales). Autogestión: Persona autodirigida que no requiera supervisión constante paso a paso y que muestre proactividad una vez aprendidos los procesos.
