We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Data Analyst (Onsite in CDMX) . Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve data‑related issues. Investigate and correct data discrepancies. Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies. Generate investigative reports to support business decisions. Collaborate with US‑based compensation administrators and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization), YAML and Trix experience, familiarity with Looker dashboards (viewing only, not development). Domain Knowledge: Sales domain experience is highly preferred, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes. Soft Skills: Clear and fluent communication for client and stakeholder interaction, strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Experience: 5+ years in data analysis or related roles, prior experience in troubleshooting and investigative reporting. Why Cognizant?
