As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless operations within your domain. Your responsibilities encompass a multifaceted approach, including, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance Management, Product Knowledge, Contractual Understanding, End-to-End Process Management, Continuous Communication, Conflict Resolution, etc.**Requirements**:- Fluent in English with at least 1 year of customer service experience.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and polite phone manners.- Proactive and organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks and managing time effectively.- Familiarity with CRM or Contact Center Phone systems is advantageous.- Strong active listening ability and proficiency in using MS Office and G Suite.**Responsibilities**:- Offer accurate details about our solar products, services, and installation process.- Help customers troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.- Keep thorough records of customer interactions in our CRM system.- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and sustainability.- Coordination of tasks of the customer service team.- Personnel management and training of the Customer Service team.- Communication with sales agencies.- Escalation of customer experience issues.- Monitoring the flow of projects.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dentalLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
