About ConvatecMain responsabilities:In general, the Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the Lead of a Project Team and has the authority of suggesting changes to the product in cooperation with Denmark (BUID) and the local organization (BUD).Project Engineering Leader in Production Transfer / Product changes.Contact person in Mexico when Denmark initiates a production transfer / product change. In regards to these changes this position has the authority of: Create and close CR 'sInform the team before sending the CR to approveReceive and transmit information projectSet priorities (dates, delivery times)Current status of the projectMonitoring of project activities (Scrum)Bring the project planningResolve or clarify doubts ProjectAssessing the performance of the project (Lessons Learned)Create special samples formStablish a project organization for specific projectsCreate and stablish a work plan for the activities to be performed.Coordinate the needed activitiesReject projects, test methods or schedules given by Denmark (BUID) which are not complete, unrealistic and/or decreased the quality of the product.Maintain Denmark (BUID) and the local organization (BUD) informed of the activities and the progress of the projects.Fulfill the procedures and rules that involves the projects, as well as the economical aspect.EHS Requirements:Comply with safety, health and environmental policy, procedures established by the EHSMS.Maintain applicable documented information related to the EHSMS up to date. Participate in committees, trainings, and awareness, to ensure proper competency of their position if applicable.Be aware of and support compliance with applicable significant environmental aspects and associated significant environmental impacts.Understand EHS risk and legal requirements relating to job responsibilities and appropriate requirements.Execute job responsibilities with professional care and in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards without compromising the safety of self and others.Be alert to EHS hazards in the workplace, responding to them as appropriate and communicating them to responsible management as soon as they are identified (e.g., spills).Help drive continuous performance improvement in EHS areas, recommending potential improvements to responsible management.Participate in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing the necessary actions to achieve the intended results of their activities.To follow, develop and acting according to Quality Assurance System based on ISO 13485 and FDA CGMP regulations.**Education**:Engineer degree in the Mechanical, Electronic or Industrial areas5 years of experience in the Engineering, projects and transfers areasWritten and spoken English NeededExperience in problem solving techniquesExperience in project environmentsFamiliar in the used of common computer software packagesInduction to ISO 14001:2015.Induction on Environmental Legal Requirements, Training on Applicable Environmental Management System Documents, Disaster Care and Response, Applicable Operational Controls, Determination of Applicable Significant Environmental Aspects, and Impacts, EHS Policy and Environmental Objectives.LI-ML1**LI-Onsite****Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent Convatec****Equal opportunities**Convatec provides equal employment opportunities for all current employees and applicants for employment.
