Report and follow up issues with defective material.- Coordinate 8D teams.- ...Along with the Quality Supervisors, responsible to schedule Internal In-Process Quality Audits.- Ensure, along with the Quality Supervisors, that non-conformances identified during the audits are properly documented and the process owners initiate corrective actions.- Follow up, along with the Quality Supervisors, to all corrective actions to ensure they were effective to eliminate the cause of the non-conformances.- ...Participate in the daily Lot Release process to verify that only product approved by Quality is shipped to Customers.( Onlys in new releases)- Ensure prompt disposition is provided When a discrepant product is identified in the process.- AQP Activities- Follow up and improve quality to achieve goals (DPMO, FTQ, Jidoka, Reparation Scrap).- Get involved in internal y external audits ( IATF16949)**Qualifications**:**Education**: Industrial or Electronic Eng or equivalentExperiência en el area (1 año deseable)**Professional Experience**: Basic understanding of quality tools (charts, pareto, histograms, control charts, ppm charts, etc).Working knowledge of electronic assembly workmanship and quality standards.Hands-on and theoretical electronic assembly knowledge.About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
