Vacante para la empresa North American Production Sharing de México en Tijuana, Baja California Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned Install and troubleshoot issues with Desktop and Laptop Computers Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows 10, Windows 7, Office* Support and maintain Laser Printers, Label Printers, and other related equipment on the production shop floor and warehouses Work with IT group to resolve issues with Networks, Active Directory, Servers, backup devices, and others Willingness to perform occasional travel to other sites in Mexico Prepare documentation of systems and services at responsible sites Work with local site management team to understand business initiatives and provide ICT performance updates Assumes responsibility as local site ICT Contact for initiatives & projects as needs arise Continuously strives for improvement in performance of all responsibilities Regular work hours 7AM to 4.30 PM, with occasional off hours/weekend work for planned system maintenance tasks and unplanned system events Diagnose and resolve most hardware and software problems, but will refer problems requiring specialized training to higher‑level personnel Education and/or Experience Computer Certification: Comptia A+, MCSE, MCITP, Associate Degree 3‑5 years related experience in a Desktop Support role ITIL or ITSM training or experience in a help desk environment Other Skills and Abilities Good spoken and written skills in Spanish & English a must Customer Service Skills Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects Problem Solving – Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with computer system issues Nível de educación deseada Superior - titulado Nível de experiência deseada Nível Experto Función departamental Tecnología / Internet Industria Manufactura Habilidades it engineer it admin administrador de redes infraestructura #J-18808-Ljbffr
