**Job Overview**:Provide Administrative Technical Assistance to the Senior and Production Engineers through execution projects.Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Perform Allocation Materials under Production Engineer Supervision (Fabrication/Construction)- Integrate Work Packs/ keep it updated when needed (Drawings / Materials)- Issue the Work Pack to Document Control- Issue Work Pack Schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer Supervision- Kepp up dated Register report of the productions Engineers- Issue Productivity Factor- Daily Walkthrough to validate progress- Issue internal daily report- Provide statistics by discipline- PO status (SPMAT/Oracle)- Provide Mentoring/Coaching to the new hire personnel**Essential Qualifications and Education**:- 2 years Work Experience- Under Graduate Degree- Microsoft office and Filing Skills- Availability- Service attitude- Excel Intermediate-AdvancedLI-RM1
