**GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY IN CANADA / GRAN OPORTUNIDAD DE TRABAJO EN CANADÁ**DE LA FONTAINE, an important steel doors and frames manufacturer based in Canada, is seeking a motivated and polyvalent**:Maintenance Technician**Permanent - Full time**Job located in Sherbrooke, QC CANADA****COME AND WORK IN CANADA**Job description:- Perform a variety of tasks to install and maintain production machinery and plant equipment.- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs to production equipment during machine maintenance.- Perform simple machinist tasks and responsibilities.- Accomplish mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and repair of production machinery.- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.- Maintain an orderly and clean work environmentJob requirements:- Technical diploma in industrial maintenance or or other relevant area;- Good English speaking and understanding;- 1 to 2 year's experience in a factory (a key asset);- Machining and welding background and experience (a key asset);- Good manual dexterity and ability to work quickly;- Professional or personal experience using small tools: screwdriver, pliers, tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc. ;- Show attention to detail and pride in doing one's job well;- Adaptability to various workstations.**Resumes must be in English ONLY.
