Descripción del Puesto:

* Mapeo de cuentas y conocimiento de usuarios y profesionales potenciales para desarrollar en Endobariatría y Closure.

* Apoya al gerente en la comprensión de las necesidades y expectativas no satisfechas de cada cuenta, para facilitar una estrategia de cuenta y la ejecución de desarrollos de productos y capacitaciones.

* Apoyado por el gerente de Endobariatría, en cuentas estratégicas, el FCS contribuye al desarrollo del plan estratégico anual proporcionando inteligencia comercial detallada para las cuentas en cuestión (por ejemplo, tamaño y potencial del mercado, tendencias de mercado/productos, oportunidades de negocio, panorama competitivo, y partes interesadas clínicas y económicas actualizadas).

* Identifica, gestiona e informa sobre las oportunidades de venta derivadas del apoyo clínico; apoyando, en consecuencia, la venta clínica basada en la información de soporte clínico proporcionada.

* Asiste y guía a los médicos en procedimientos de Endobariatría y Closure.

* Realiza capacitación en procedimientos, proporciona soporte clínico y desarrollo de terapias, y gestiona la evaluación clínica. Ofrece excelente capacitación sobre productos y evaluaciones de productos, asegurando en última instancia la cuota de mercado de BSC.

* Asiste y participa activamente en eventos y reuniones patrocinadas por clientes, la empresa y la industria, con una mentalidad estratégica y de productividad.

* Lidera oportunidades de venta y desarrolla e implementa un plan proactivo que involucra todas las funciones de apoyo.

* Presenta informes trimestrales sobre el desarrollo de la región y las necesidades respecto a su crecimiento.

Requisitos:

* Licenciatura en ingeniería biomédica o campo relacionado.

* Inglés avanzado.

* Al menos 3-5 años como especialista clínico o ejecutivo de ventas en dispositivos médicos.

* Con base en la Ciudad de México.

* Comodidad para trabajar en quirófanos (25-50% del tiempo).

* Miembro de equipo proactivo e innovador que se destaca trabajando de manera autónoma con liderazgo remoto.

* Altamente organizado con excelente atención al detalle.

* Comprensión del valor de generación de demanda en el ecosistema hospitalario.

* Disponibilidad para viajar (25-50% del tiempo).

* Habilidades en relaciones con clientes.

* Enfoque en el cliente.
