Experience our diverse, challenging and exciting working environment as well as an incredible team spirit in a company that builds on strengths and ideas of each individual.**Philosophy****You‘re a great fit if**+ Your heart also beats for the future of mobility.+ You are interested on training development fostering continuous learning in a professional environment and forproduction environments.+ You thrive on implementing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance training processes.+ You are adaptable, collaborative, and open to exploring creative solutions.+ You enjoy contributing to a team and working towards shared goals.**Tasks****As Training Intern you can expect to**+ Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and curriculum development.+ Perform administrative tasks and coordinate logistics for training sessions (e.g., scheduling, participantcommunication, and material preparation).+ Support in training concepts development, conduct research and compile information for training contentdevelopment.+ Support on-site and e-learning content creation, including videos, presentations, and interactive modules andcommunicate with our different suppliers.+ Update and maintain training materials, learning management system (LMS) or digital training platforms.+ Help maintain organized records of training activities, participant progress, and certifications.+ Analyze feedback and metrics from training sessions to suggest improvements.+ Collaborate with team members on new training initiatives.**Profile****For your start as Training Intern we expect**+A bachelor’s degree or student in the last semesters in fields like Business Administration, Instructional Design orEngineering (preferred but not mandatory).+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.+ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.+ Familiarity with e-learning tools, platforms, or digital collaboration tools (a plus).+ Early exposure to production environments.+ Experience with Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)+ Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.+ Availability for a full-time internship (40 hours per week).Your contact person: Paula Magaña**Fora first introduction we need from you**:Cover letterand curriculum vitae in one PDF document**Job Types**: Full-time, InternshipWork Location: In person
