As Pricing analyst, you'll be working along the commercial team running solutions, tools, and processes to ensure the healthy growth of the company with sustainable margins while maintaining the highest quality standards. We are growing operations rapidly, on-boarding new customers, and launching products all the time. This raises new strategic questions we need to answer as well as tactical challenges we need to overcome. About The TeamThe Pricing team is part of the Strategic Finance department, and its main objective is to drive the company’s growth through the continuous development of the strategic pricing capability across the company. In this role, you will develop pricing strategies, guidelines and procedures to ensure profitable growth for different business units across the company. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key pricing specialist focused on being a profit enabler and supporting the business's strategic goals alongside senior business leaders.You Will- Support the development of end-to-end pricing processes and policies, from strategic considerations to actual price setting techniques- Continuously evaluate pricing developments and trends- Generate hypotheses for profit improvement opportunities, validate with data and suggest deployment projects- Work hand in hand with the commercial team to have a holistic approach when developing our pricing strategy- Build, maintain, and regularly communicate detailed reporting for other leaders across the company who will use the team's data to inform their own operations and strategyDay to day, It Looks Like- Work on large and complex customer quotes for customers which will require interfacing with multiple departments- Analyze and determine best quoting strategy based on opportunity and customer requirements- Develop strategy nuances with sales team for specific accounts to enhance win rate- Establish returns, quotes, delivery, pricing and special restrictions- Sharing your work to peers and leadership, asynchronous and in-personIdeally, You’d Have- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, Business Consulting, or Corporate Finance- Robust analytical & modeling skills- Advanced Excel level is a must (Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI is a plus)Nice To Have- Experience with reading SQL and/or another database language- Experience with Agile methodology- Experience with ClickUp or similar- A portfolio that has work showcasing successful delivery of end-to-end solutions of a complex need of customers- Previous experience at a startup is a plus- Experience working with a volume price model is a plus- Languages: English, Spanish
