This is a work-from-home opportunity with a stable daytime schedule. Upselling and retention may be required when assisting customers with renewals or additional services.Key Responsibilities- Assist with LLC formation and renewal processes, including subscription and license renewals- Address billing inquiries, password resets, and account updates- Offer additional services and products where applicable (upselling & retention)- Provide accurate and professional customer support in a timely mannerWhat We’re Looking For- Fluent English (C1+) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience in customer support, sales, or retention roles (preferred)- Ability to handle billing, account updates, and subscription renewals- Comfortable upselling and offering retention solutions when needed- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote workPay: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you located in Mexico?- How many years of Customer service experience do you have?- Do you speak English?- What type of device will you be using for remote work?
