At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**HR Ops Payroll Analyst (Temporary)****Main Purpose**The main purpose of this position is to make entries in the employee's payroll. Payroll analysis, payments, discounts, advance payment scheduling, monthly closing analysis, variable sales compensation analysis and consolidation of commission payments for assets and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, global policies, generating value-added services and processes for the Organization, as well as tickets' follow-up processes.**Accountabilities**- Make payments and discounts inputs in HR systems (ADP)- Sheet process analysis and validation- Payment entry in HR systems- Ticket Enlace follow-up and resolution- SOX control- Generate the monthly validation documents- Create file for massive input upload- Validate RVV files for on and offQualifications:**Education/Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Human Resources, Contability or related fields.- Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes,- 1-2 years with experience in daily functions related to mathematical processes, payroll and/or Back Office related ones (preferred)- 80% fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written skills) is a must- Advanced knowledge in Excel is a mustQualifications (Secondary Language):**Non Technical Skills**- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management- Analytical Skills- Action Oriented- Team player and highly collaborative- Untouchable integrity and ethics- Functional & Technical expertise to provide solutions- Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines- Excellent follow-up abilities- Control process driven profile- Must be knowledgeable with performance analysis tasks and can work independently in handling equipment and system issues- Capacity to work under pressure
