We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Program Manager with a strong background in Logistics operations, SAP systems , and Project Management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic supply chain and logistics programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing processes, and driving end-to-end execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex supply chain and logistics programs from initiation through delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, operations, IT, and finance teams. Utilize SAP (MM, SD, WM or relevant modules) to streamline supply chain processes and reporting. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using PMP best practices. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality program execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations. Report program performance to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics Program or Project Management. Strong hands-on experience with SAP (particularly logistics or supply chain modules). PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is required . Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex global supply chain projects. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or global logistics environments. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. Master’s degree or additional certifications in Supply Chain or Logistics.
