Parking Designer

**Responsibilities**:In this role as Technical Designer, you will work closely with the parking team and coordinate with other Walter P Moore disciplines. Job tasks will include production of parking drawings in all phases of the project, rationalizing geometry for appropriate parking structure schemes, rapidly develop parking structure Building Information Models (primarily utilizing REVIT), annotative plans and details and assisting with writing narratives. Work with more experienced parking team members to develop plans, elevations, RCPs, and details.Qualifications:- 3 - 6 years’ experience in building design. Experience in the design of parking structures is a plus.- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Licenciatura en Arquitectura)- Must be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) - English Level B2- Must possess proficiency in the following software- REVIT- AutoCAD- BIM 360- Parametric modeling experience (desirable)- Rhinoceros (desirable)- Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent (desirable)- Adobe Illustrator (desirable)- Adobe Photoshop (desirable)- Must have a valid US Business visa- Must be proactive, have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be client-service orientedOverview:Walter P Moore is an international company of consultants, engineers, architects, innovators, and creative people who solve some of the world’s most complex structural and infrastructural challenges.
