**Key Job Responsibilities**:- Promote compliance with security standards in their area of influence and/or responsibility.- Monitoring of PR’s, 8D’s, and Status by QR’s to meet internal and customer requirements.- Ensure customer protection and updating of the daily report in the event of quality failures.- Support in the start-up meeting according to attendance requirements, daily and pending agenda review.- Follow-up of material returned by QR or RMA from Internal Customers. Ensure delivery of material to manufacturing.- Monitor scorecard or equivalent PPM’s, QR and Concern for customers.- Coordinate audits of actions related to action plans, PR and customer failures on the floor.- Update and analysis of information for VPRS, GWC and special presentations.- Coordinate sorting/reworks and campaigns at customer location required.- Generation, monitoring and control of Purchase Orders to support soring or representation services in the customer locations.**Key Performance Indicators**:- Score Card with customer in green status.- GWC, Fast response updated.- VPRS updated and completed within 30 days.- PPM’s and WC according with YTD goal.
