Responsibilities To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Senior Director Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross‑functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. Qualifications BA/BS or equivalent work experience. Requires experience in similar position management or related area. Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site. Customer (external and internal) relationship and negotiation skills. Advanced English. PCBA Experience P&L Background NPI Projects Projects certification Intermediate/ advanced Excel.
