**AP Specialist II - Onsite****Department**: Finance**Reports to**: Financial Analyst**Primary Purpose**:The AP Specialist II is responsible for processing payables invoices in line with approved processes while supporting vendor and supplier relationships. This role manages AP-related tasks such as dropship processing, fixed assets, and tech accounting. The AP Specialist II identifies missing invoices, resolves discrepancies with vendors, compiles month-end accruals/reconciliations, and contributes to the overall success of the Finance team.**Key Responsibilities**:- Process and monitor accounts payable invoices in compliance with company standards.- Track dropship orders and follow up with vendors for missing invoices.- Collaborate with IT leaders to determine proper accounting treatment of tech-related expenses.- Research and resolve past due amounts with suppliers.- Generate and analyze “Received Not Invoiced” reports to identify missing invoices.- Assist in month-end close by tracking warehouse and dropship accruals.- Manage fixed assets: tracking, creation, depreciation, and reporting CapEx spend.- Maintain strong working relationships with Supply Chain, Product Managers, Credit/Collections, and Customer Solutions.- Support continuous improvement efforts in accounting processes.- Perform additional related duties as assigned.**Education & Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution required (Accounting or Finance preferred).- Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations preferred.**Skills & Competencies**:- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment.- Adaptability and collaboration across teams.**Work Type**- **Onsite** - C.
