You’ll help us shape the way we tell our story to the world: through crisp messaging, compelling narratives, and a consistent voice across every channel. Some of your work will be fast and reactive — short content, interviews, case-study highlights, messaging for campaigns. Other work will take a few days to craft — deeper narrative pieces, story-driven customer profiles, and high-stakes messaging for launches, press, or awards.This role requires intellectual range, creative discipline, and a love for writing that’s as strategic as it is expressive.What You’ll Do:- Write across formats — quick daily updates, blog posts, customer spotlights, web copy, interview pieces, campaign headlines, and bigger brand stories- Plan and maintain a steady rhythm of content — from sharp, short-form pieces to longer features that build audience and reinforce our reputation- Interview customers, team members, and partners to bring human stories to the forefront— both in writing and on video- Build messaging that helps customers understand what we do, why it matters, and how to take the next step- Create content that earns attention — from press teasers and award submissions to LinkedIn posts that actually get read- Track performance, follow the data, and refine your approach based on how content lands with our audience- Edit and elevate content created by other team members to keep everything aligned with our voice and standards- Collaborate with product, marketing, design, sales, and leadership to ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and compelling- Contribute wherever needed — whether it’s ghostwriting, shaping partner messaging, or brainstorming new ways to explain what we doWhat We’re Looking For:- A writer who is intellectually curious — someone who wants to know how things work, why they matter, and how to explain them with clarity and style- A strong communicator who can switch between short-form and long-form content without missing a beat- Experience with digital marketing principles, content performance, and audience growth — or a quick learner ready to dive in- Comfortable with interviews, live or recorded video formats, and adapting tone to different audiences- Strong editorial instincts and an ability to shape complex input into sharp, strategic messaging- An interest in technology that’s more than surface-level — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you ask real questions, listen closely, and love helping others understand smart solutions- A collaborative approach and the agility to work across teams in a fast-moving environmentThis is a high-impact role for someone who thinks like a journalist, writes like a storyteller, and moves like a marketer.Work Location: Remote
