**SALES ASSOCIATE - INTERIOR DESIGN AND FURNITURE.**Are you passionate about furniture and home decor? Do you have a flair for interior design, or perhaps you've excelled in furniture sales before? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic sales team**ABOUT US**:We are Mexico's Design & Consignment Destination featuring two 10,000 square showrooms in beautiful San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.**POSITION OVERVIEW**:As a Sales Associate, you play a pivotal role in supporting our customers as they experience our one of kind selection of furniture, home decor, art, jewelry, lighting and rugs. We're seeking individuals who are personable, responsible, and client focused. You'll have the opportunity to use your creative eye for design while providing exceptional customer service.- 40 to 48 Hours Per Week- Competitive Salary Commensurate with Experience- Base Salary + Benefits + Commissions- All Benefits of Law**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**:- Consultative sales experienced required. Building and maintaining professional relationships.- Previous work experience in Interior Design, Furniture Design and or Architecture.- Service oriented with a focus on customer communication, engagement and retention.- Bilingual speaking and writing in Spanish and English.- Problem solving skills focused on identifying the customers' needs and understanding their goals.- Friendly and knowledgeable without being intrusive or abrasive.- Strong initiative to show results, lead projects and provide solutions.- Have previous work experience with computers, working on teams, be honest, confident and charming.- Completed all basic education, advanced educational degree a plus.- Ability to stand for long periods, comfortable in fast paced environment.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist clients in finding furniture and decor that suits their style and needs.- Offer expert advice on design and product selection.- Provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships.- Take initiative to resolve client inquiries and issues.- Keep up to date with the latest trends in furniture and home decor.**WHAT WE OFFER**:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Opportunities for growth and advancement.- A supportive and collaborative team environment.- Employee discounts on our beautiful furniture and decor.- All benefits required by law including PTU, paid holidays and healthcare.- Additional benefits including food, transportation and phone allowance, holidays and personal days.La Finca Vintage & Modern is an equal opportunity employer.
