This is meaningful, connected work—on a global stage, with the backing of a company built for the future, and a robust benefits package designed to support your growth, well-being, and life beyond work.Responsibilities:2 years of experience in a similar positionBA/BS degree - Business or TechnicalAPICS certifications desirableCustomer Service background is a plusDocumentation and availability to travelResponsibilities:Support Sales and Operations, review process to maintain service levels.Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management.Work directly with Demand Planning team on forecast accuracy, concerns, and challenges to improve supply targets based on market demand changes and trends.Responsible for monitoring correct systems feeds to avoid wrong scenarios.Create customer facing material that concisely and professionally demonstrates Supply Chain Strategies, Tools, Processes, Capabilities and Structure.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Achieve multiple company targets.Participate in all S&OP meetings.Knowledge:Supply Chain AdministrationMS Office 365Proficient in SAPMS Project SystemMaterials administratorAbility to work collaboratively within all levels of the organizationImprovement-analysis toolsStrong communication and presentation skillsQuick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challengesStrong English competence - written and spokenCoordinates and balances worldwide business unit/manufacturing needs in terms of customer service while simultaneously optimizing low inventories and delivery costs. Manages the supply and demand activities for product(s) within or across business units. Recommends strategies to maximize manufacturing effectiveness and business unit's competitive position. Establishes long and short-term objectives to ensure that programs and efforts are directed toward achieving company goals. Identifies opportunities, frames problems, and drives resolution and continuous improvement.Coordinates and balances worldwide business unit/manufacturing needs in terms of customer service while simultaneously optimizing low inventories and delivery costs. Manages the supply and demand activities for product(s) within or across business units. Recommends strategies to maximize manufacturing effectiveness and business unit's competitive position. Establishes long and short-term objectives to ensure that programs and efforts are directed toward achieving company goals.
