What are we looking for in you? WE ARE LOOKING FOR A #Scrum #Master #Project Delivery Lead 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar roles. Deep experience facilitating all Scrum and Agile ceremonies with distributed international teams. Proven ability to operate in hybrid environments without a formal Product Owner , working directly with Business Partners and Project Managers. Strong expertise with Azure DevOps , Jira , Monday.com, and Teams , Experience managing support environments , including bug triage, prioritization frameworks, and coordination with IT Support . Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, PO, BP, Architecture, Infrastructure). Advanced English (C1/C2). Basic understanding of Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines. Experience creating Scrum documentation, onboarding guides, responsibility matrix , communication workflows, and advanced metrics dashboards. Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies ensuring focus, productivity, and clear outcomes (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective). Maintain delivery flow in environments by collaborating closely with PMs, POs, and BPs to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog. Uphold Agile values and guide decision-making toward transparency, accountability, and team autonomy. Manage team capacity, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement cycles. Lead and refine the backlog with stakeholders to ensure user stories follow clear structure, acceptance criteria, and definitions of ready/done. Identify and remove technical and non-technical impediments to maintain delivery momentum. Provide full visibility of sprint and project progress through metrics (burndown, burnup, throughput, lead time, bug trends, capacity planning). Align sprint goals, priorities, and feature deliverables with business objectives. Act as the central communication point between the technical team, PM, Business Partners, and international stakeholders. Track project and program-level progress, manage timelines, and deliver executive-level status reports. Document processes, workflows, responsibility matrices, operational guides, and communication standards. Manage a bug backlog of 60+ items with varying priority levels, ensuring efficient assignment aligned with team capacity and SLAs. Implement and maintain a bilingual structured bug reporting format (English/Spanish) for clarity and consistency across teams. Coordinate closely with IT Support for access requests, incident escalation, and operational support workflows. Support development and support teams with planning, prioritization, expectation-setting, and ongoing communication. Build advanced dashboards and tracking systems in Azure DevOps, Monday.com, to improve visibility and reporting. Facilitate engaging remote retrospectives and team dynamics using Miro for fully remote teams. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, iterative feedback, and operational excellence.
