Descubre cómo entregarás magia junto con nosotros a través de tu misión Rappi Tu misión como Category Lead: El Category Lead será responsable del desempeño integral (360°) de una o varias categorías dentro de Rappi Retail, asegurando crecimiento sostenido, rentabilidad, expansión del portafolio y excelencia operativa en todas las tiendas y zonas donde opera la categoría. Este rol combina visión de negocio, análisis profundo, experiencia en retail , y una fuerte capacidad de liderazgo para coordinar equipos multifuncionales (Supply, Commercial, Operations, Finance, CX). GMV y cobertura: Asegurar cobertura de surtido y maximizar ventas brutas por tienda. Pedidos y GMV: Aumentar el volumen de órdenes y valor total de la categoría. Ticket promedio (AOV): Trabajar estrategias para incrementar el valor por pedido. Margen de ganancia (Profit Margin): Mantener un margen saludable optimizando promociones, precios y negociación con makers. Indicadores clave como DOP / DOH: Supervisar los días de operación e inventario saludable. Inversión y recuperación de Makers: Negociar, planear y asegurar ROI de los acuerdos comerciales. Lo que pasa en tu semana como Category Lead Makers Meetings: Seguimiento quincenal con proveedores. Monthly FUP JPBs: Presentación de resultados mensuales. Store Visits: Visitas a tiendas para asegurar ejecución perfecta. WBR y Daily BU: Reuniones semanales y diarias con el equipo de Business Unit. 1:1 con Staff: Liderazgo cercano y seguimiento al equipo. Requisitos del rol: 5 años de experiencia en retail, consumo masivo o e-commerce (ideal en supermercados, abarrotes, etc.). Fuerte perfil analítico: manejar métricas de negocio y toma de decisiones basada en datos. Experiencia liderando categorías end-to-end: desde surtido y precios hasta rentabilidad. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, negociación y ejecución. Fit cultural con Rappi: sos un/a Solver. Sos un/a Owner Habilidades clave Pensamiento analítico fuerte (Excel Intermedio/Avanzado, dashboards, lógica comercial). Liderazgo e influencia de equipos cross-functional . Experiencia tomando decisiones basadas en data. Capacidad para moverse rápido, priorizar y ejecutar con ownership.
