Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce Einstein tools and configurations with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies to drive impactful solutions in a day shift setting. No travel is required. Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions using Einstein Prediction Builder to enhance predictive analytics capabilities. Utilize Einstein Next Best Action to create personalized recommendations that improve customer engagement. Leverage Einstein Discovery to uncover insights and drive data‑driven decision‑making processes. Configure and manage SFDC TCRM to optimize customer relationship management strategies. Integrate Service Cloud Einstein to streamline customer service operations and improve response times. Implement Sales Cloud Einstein to boost sales performance through intelligent insights and automation. Manage SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Salesforce platforms. Perform SFDC Configuration to customize Salesforce applications according to business needs. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align Salesforce solutions with domain‑specific requirements. Provide technical expertise in Salesforce tools to support cross‑functional teams in achieving business objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Salesforce implementations. Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction. Document and maintain technical specifications and project documentation for future reference. Qualifications Strong expertise in Einstein Prediction Builder and its application in predictive analytics. Proficiency in Einstein Next Best Action for creating tailored customer experiences. Hands‑on experience with Einstein Discovery for data analysis and insight generation. Capability in configuring and managing SFDC TCRM for effective customer relationship management.
