This position is responsible for analysis, design, implementation and support of SAP Business SystemsSolutions in the logistics area. Focus is on SAP modules WMS, MM and PP. Ensure the continuity, consistency and alignment of the Business Systems and related processinteraction within area of responsibility with respect to Plastic Omnium standards and the SAP InGoalmodel. Manage project delivery within the logistics area within budget and on time Provide daily support to logistics key users regarding to business system solutions RESPONSIBILITIES Support of SAP (InGoal) operations in the logistics area for the America’s region Project Implementation of the core logistics modules in the SAP/InGoal platform Provide IS&S operation reports and communicate with local management about issues, evolutions andimprovement plan, etc. Provide support or collaborate with other business application team in the region as needed whenintegration of system and troubleshooting Other duties as assigned in support of Plastic Omnium operations ACTIVITIES NGOAL/PES and business application operation support:o Answer to ‘HOW TO’ question on the day-to-day ERP activity for plants, key users or businessprocess owners in the area of responsibility. Conduct the level 2 or level 3 support for analysis of issues and problem solving and remind thebest practiceso Follow up user tickets, requests or calls under their resolution concerning user support, bug fixand enhancement Follow up Application Maintenance Services activities for plants where needed Complete detailed requirements for enhancement and communicate with core team if needed Check periodically coherence of business application system Propose preventive solutions/processes to improve quality and performance Monitor interfaces with global and local applications Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities, ex. Internal/external audit, etc. Project Implementation: Participate to implementation projects (Business processes gap analysis, application Configuration, Customization, Training, Data Migration, Go Live, HyperCare Provide key user trainings and user guide when needed Perform acceptance / integration / non regression testing together with core team and key users Write & perform functional test cases consistent with test scenarios Monitor and guide the key user test and user acceptance test, fix and follow up defects andtroubles Participate project meetings and update project status accordingly Basic Task or requirements: Must successfully complete all PLASTIC OMNIUM required training Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures JOB DESCRIPTION Must comply with all safety rules and regulations Other duties as assigned ORGANIZATION KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS KEY INTERFACES Helpdesk ticket backlog and resolution timeliness; Development/enhancement delivery on time; Documentation up-to-date; Training to BPOs; Key users; Plant logistic; Customer Centers; Regional and division SAP team #J-18808-Ljbffr
