We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.**Position Summary - Your Impact**The Lead IT Business Systems will be responsible for offering valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that affect the warehousing and transportation logistics functions. Their counsel will be essential in determining the most effective and efficient system solutions.**Primary Responsibilities - What You’ll Do**- Possession of business analysis skills and proficiency in developing deep business understanding and insights.- Mastery of Nestle USA’s logistics systems and operations, encompassing Warehousing and Transportation. Mentor other team members to enhance their technical skills significantly.- Function as the 1st line of response for Nestle USA’s business, establish strong communication with stakeholders, and foster healthy work relationships.- Detect gaps as well as opportunities in existing or new functionalities, tools and processes.- Collaborate with the Product organization to ensure that business requirements are adequately represented and prioritized in the Product Backlog(s) for GLOG.**Requirements and Minimum Education Level**- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.- Demonstrated experience in Logistics IT solutions, specifically in warehousing and transportation functions.**Necessary Skills & Qualifications**Proficiency with Warehouse and Transportation data, as well as its processes.Experience in SAP TM - Transportation Management, and SAP EWM - Exended Warehouse ManagementExperience with supply chain, warehouse, or transportation projects.
