Site HR Business Partner - ( 22000EZB )At **VALEO **we shape the mobility of the futureWith more than 95 years of experience, presence in 33 countries and 13 plants in Mexico, we are leaders in our sector, with outstanding standards recognized by our clients, we manufacture electrical parts, mechanics that allow us to bet on the future innovating and developing new technology.We are currently looking for an experienced **HRBP **to join our **Human Resources Department **based in **Valeo, Queretaro.- Mission- To provide HR support to business & operations in a dedicated perimeter within the Site, by contributing to Site HR performance results, through the deployment of the HR strategy & policy, and the assistance to managers & employees on the different operational HR topics- Responsibilities- Core missions in the HRBP perimeter:- Gives support & coaches managers on HR related topics- Works closely on a day-to-day basis with managers- Advises, coaches and orientates managers on HR aspects of their roleContributes to the operational results of the Site- Is the HR representative for all internal stakeholders- Contributes to the respect of the rules by the employees, particularly in terms of safety; participates & contributes to the Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site Policy- Manages in quantity & quality the permanent & temporary headcounts; for Production: participates to the PDP and validates the temporary needs- Follows up absenteism, defines & deploys improvement plan- Contributes to the deployment of the Strategy for the EntityPeople & organization development- Coordinates, deploys and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy- Participates & contributes to the reflection and projects related to the organization evolutions; proposes organizational changes- Manages the recruitment & onboarding process according to the standard- Identifies Learning & all actions to develop competences according to the Site's (collective) and employees' (individual) needs, the Technological needs (TDP), and the company's requirements (mandatory trainings...)- Defines & arbitrates Training actions, according to the budget- Identify new internal Trainers, according to the Training needs & potential Trainers' abilities & development pathHealth, Safety & Working conditions- Take into account all identified risks and manage them with QRQC tools- Follows up unfitness situations, and participates to the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitness- Deploys Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plan- Provides support to managers to guide them in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilitiesInvolvement of Personal- Coordinates 5 Axes deployment plan, identifies & deploys action plan- Contributes to the V5000 self assessment, and notation improvement- Applies and Advise on 5 Axes Methodology. Reinforces the importancy of IP and its role on the Engagement of all employees.- Participates on Site 5 Axes Committee in order to propose improvements and suggestion to enhance IP activities at Site levelEmployee relations- Maintains or improves social climate, relations to Unions representative- Deploys actions & communication related to Employee relations according to the HR strategy- Gives supports to Site HR Manager according to the needsCommunication- Coordinates Internal communication actions according to Site's communication planPersonal administration & data management- Ensures the respect of HR administrative procedures (overtime, attendance management, vacations...)- Validates overtime, on-call duties, vacations, etc.- Checks & ensures data quality in the different HR systems- In addition, he-she will manage the following topics:- Learning specific missions- Ensures the interface between the Site and Learning stakeholders (Country Learning manager, BG HR teams, VTIs, etc.)- Deploys Group, BG, Country & Site Learning communication within the Site- Learning in Production specific missions- Schedules Training actions in Production, according to the PDP- Time attendance / Payroll specific missions- Validates Site payroll in case of HR Manager's absence or on punctual or general delegation- 'Internal communication' specific missions- Leads communication to employees & managers within the Site:- Prepares & deploys Site Communication plan, including internal Newsletters, Flash news, etc.- Relays Communication from Group, BG, etc.- Well being specific missions- Leads & animates Quality of Life at Work Committee- Deploys Well being improvement plan- Involvement of personnel specific missions- Is the Involvement of Personnel Axe representative for the Site- Manages V5000 deployment plan and leads IP Road maps deployment- Deploys 5 Axes foundations aciton plan- TRUE- Employee relations specific missions- Participates to Unions meetings- Replaces Site HR manager (absence, special or general deleg
