Propósito: Buscamos un/a Fraud Risk & Data Jr Analyst con experiencia en análisis Estadísticos para el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias en la originación con el fin de minimizar las pérdidas por fraude. Generar análisis estadísticos para el diseño de estrategias modelos y o segmentaciones para la prevención de fraudes en la originación de los diferentes productos Retail. Desarrollo de métricas para la toma de decisiones. Apoyo en la implementación de las herramientas que ayuden a identificar posibles fraudes o identificar áreas de mejora. Automatizar procesos usando herramientas como Python y SQL. Presentar insights y colaborar con stakeholders clave. Requisitos: Egresado/a de Economía, Finanzas, Actuaría, Ingeniería Industrial, Matemáticas o afín. Experiencia laboral mínimo 2 años Excel avanzado (indispensable). Inglés intermedio. Alto conocimiento en Power BI, Python, SQL o R. Experiencia en fraudes, riesgo de crédito y/o análisis de datos. Pensamiento crítico, atención al detalle y capacidad para sintetizar información.
