**Main Responsibilities**Lead the Automation Team conformed by Robotic, PLC/Control, and NORIS specialists in charge of:Robot & PLC Programming and process settings (lubrication, extraction, etc.).Develop preventive / predictive maintenance plans for automation equipmentSupport the identification, root cause analysis and solution of equipment failures.Support all NORIS integrations in the plant.Training and Development of Automation Engineering and Maintentance Technicians.Working together with the AME department providing feedback for incoming equipment and systems.**Position Requirements**Education: IMA, IME, IMT. Masters in Automation and/or EngineeringExperience: Automation, cells, robots, PLC, DI (5-10yrs). Development of Electrical Engineering / Automation, software design (3-5yrs).Technical Knowledge:- Rockwell automation, robots (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka).- SAP, office, Autocad, SQL, Store Procedues & API- Advanced PLC software, such as: TIA Portal & Win CC.- Network Architecture.- DCS, IIC.- Industrial Machine Safety.- Interpretation of electrical diagrams.Languages: 100% English, German Desirable.- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
