**Job Purpose**:**Design and implement learning solutions aligned with the unit's sales competency plan; leveraging local and global initiatives, tools, and materials to help deliver the sales strategy in the business and a competitive advantage through the development of skills and knowledge of the associates.****What are we looking for?**:- Bachelor’s degree: Business, Industrial Engineering or related- 2 years in a training role or related- Instructional design knowledge- Leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams for the creation of training materials and experiences- Effective presentations and information analysis tools acquaintance**What will be your key responsibilities?**:- Develop a broad understanding of the functions supported as a capability´s specialist, to be able to **design, coordinate, and execute relevant learning and training solutions **for Associates in the unit.- Contribute with the Sales Capability Leader to **incorporate the Functional Competencies Framework** of the function in the unit, to guarantee that the development of capabilities is reflected in the PDP of the Associates.- **Work closely with key representatives from the Sales team** to identify capabilities requirements and ensure they are used as input into the design of plans.- ** Stay up to date on learning practices and external trends** to participate in creating capabilities plan for the future, and drive the use of best practices within the global MWC community.- ** Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness** of training activities to drive continuous improvement and potential business impact.**What can you expect from Mars?**:- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
