**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies.- Optimize transportation routes and carrier selection to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and carriers.- Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.- Lead or support logistics-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements.- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior logistics staff.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS).- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
