Please visit our website: Job Description We are seeking a Site Supervisor for the Day Shift to oversee daytime construction activities in data center projects, ensuring execution quality, safety compliance, and coordination among subcontractors and project stakeholders. Responsibilities Supervise daytime fieldwork across civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades. Monitor daily progress and ensure alignment with construction schedule and specifications. Conduct inspections and verify materials, installations, and safety practices during active shift hours. Coordinate with engineering teams, logistics, and site management to support ongoing deliveries and system integration. Enforce local safety regulations, PPE compliance, and site access protocols. Document site activities, progress reports, and incident logs, and support daily planning meetings. Qualifications 5+ years of site supervision experience in industrial or data center construction. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and safety oversight. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools. Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
